We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please contact us first. The quickest way to receive a different size or color is to return the original item after approval and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
